Customer service fantastic from start to finish

The Eve Zip Top Satchel Bag is truly beautiful. The high end, quality materials - vegan leather, light gold hardware, smooth action zips, soft lining - make this bag a great purchase. I love that it also has metal feet to protect the bottom of the bag. The bag is large enough for me to carry everything I need for work (apart from laptop). The pockets are helpful in keeping everything organised. I purchased the Sage green with the Aztec and Stripe straps so I have multiple looks to suit my mood and outfit. Website order process was intuitive and shipping was reasonable (6 business days to WA) Highly recommend and I will be purchasing more Madison handbags.
