It was helpful that the store contacted me to let me know the shipping date would be later than expected. Although, the new date they gave me came and went, and I hadn’t heard anything further so I had to follow up. It took a little while to get a response but eventually I did and the shoes arrived safe and sound and well packaged.

Super friendly shop and comfy trendy shoes

The shoes are fine. So they should be for the price. I would not have bought them if I did not like them. (Although a French name, they are made in Portugal) The shop was an endurance test with loud music blaring out. Chaotic, with parcels being delivered and waiting for shoes from the stockroom. Not a pleasant experience. You should rethink.
