Very delicious and taste like real biscochitos ! Very well cared for and carefully packed so the cookies were whole. They are very delicate , so could easily break. a YUM!

I received help in returning my purchase for Billy the Kid which I thought was salsa. The replies kept going to my trash bin so that I finally called.

Purchasing and delivery process was perfect. The one pound package of chimayo chili arrived in perfect condition. So much different than the inexpensive fake Amazon chimayo LIKE! Gotta read the fine print. Made burritos first and they were great, then bbq chicken used it as a rub added lemon pepper and then rays spicy bbq sauce at the almost done stage. I am 81 years old and must say it was absolutely the best chicken I have ever eaten and I have had plenty! It rocked my world. Thanks Bud Thomas
