Generally pleased. Have had a couple of order issues. The first was a partial shipment that was resolved only saying that “I said it was a partial shipment and the missing items would be shipped FOR FREE” lol Like I paid for it! Then my latest and biggest order to date, not necessarily your fault but I do think that given the sub zero temperatures we have had better attention should have been paid to the packaging, as all of the canned items had frozen. Some were completely disgusting and had to be thrown away and so far everything else is separated,liquid from solids, and I am just mixing it hopefully it is still good and as nutritious for my fur baby. I love Bobby Flay and my cat Bowser. The starter box came today and I mistakenly thought I could make my kiddo a snack first. My cat literally chewed through the bag to get to it and put puncture holes in the bone broth for a drink, in all of 10 minutes and wouldnt even let me make it to his normal bowl!!!!. He has always had grain free food but after research and trust I decided to try Made by Nacho. Thank you so much for everything!!

I just got my first order. I tried the flaked tuna and sardines recipe with bone broth. My Pippy totally licked her bowl clean! She never does that! I hope the picky girl likes the rest as well.
