I placed a pretty big order with Madam Glam for the first time because my friend who has been using Madam Glam has been using hers for over 15 years and swore by them. I used her polish and noticed a big difference in the quality of product compared to the polish that my salon used and immediately I said I have to start my own collection. I received my order and there was a slight issue, however I messaged the customer service team and it was taking care of quickly. I love ever single color that I have gotten so far so much that I can't just pick one color that is my favorite. I have a full cart now of more colors that I'd like to order and can't wait to start the monthly subscription so that I can receive colors every month to add to my collection.
