Hi guys. Ya so looks fantastic , smokes great but the thing falls apart to easy at the connector. What to do. So loose. Falls off almost. Thoughts guys??

Excellent service, quality craftsmanship, packing, and shipping. Thanks for bringing back quality service. Hats off to the Macqueen pipe team!

Thanks, best wishes.

Very well

Most excellent place for custom pipes.

Got here way sooner than expected so that's pretty cool.

These folks are based in Canada 🇨🇦 so one has to allow for a bit of delay that’s not their fault but one of international standards, regulations, and requirements. I’ve purchased several pipes and accessories that always arrived well packaged and undamaged.

Outstanding!

Great service. Fast.

Quick shipping, and high quality product

You were great, responsive and all. I hope that I'll be able to buy again from your store, and hope then I get full satisfaction. Cheers

Fast service and good product as always.

Amazing pipe, couldn’t be happier

Customer service is excellent and responsive. Love MacQueen. They know how to treat a customer, like a friend.

Outstanding job guys thanks you

High quality products with great attention to detail, fast service and responsive. Highly recommended.

Website “quantity available” was correct, website description and pictures were deadly accurate, Service was quick to ship, shipped extremely well protected. Fully satisfied.

Fast delivery. All complete.

High quality product, good customer service. I recommend buying from them.

Shipment to Austria was great! The only bad thing about MacQueen is, that many pipes are out of stock...
