They didn't send them out as quickly as I would have expected. There was also an issue with the shipping that made it take about 2 weeks to get my socks. This was out of their control, but fortunately, they monitored the delivery and sent out a new order since the original one never arrived. It was nice that I didn't have to explain to them that they didn't arrive, and they just took care of it on my behalf.
