Tried to order the Black Friday CELEBRATE SPECIAL all weekend...on phone and off computer. They sent me multiple texts to entice me. Then when I go to pay, :INVALID DISCOUNT. Over and over. So I finally gave up. A month later i try to order again-FULL PRICE OF COURSE-and the "FREE" shipping at $75.00 won't kick in at $102.50 (merchandise only). What the heck. This is totally false advertising!! So I have given up in disgust. But they were for a gift so I still wanted them because that's what I know she likes. AND the customer service number is not a working number and "CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED: PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND DIAL AGAIN." It is the correct number. Maybe not open today, but that is NOT what the phone message says.

Due to living in the desert an order arrived melted. It was 110 degrees. I notified Macaroon Queen and they sent a replacement immediately. They go out of their way to make it right. P.S. The macaroons are absolutely delightful. Barbara G

Macaroons were very tasty this order, but get beat up in shipping, unfortunately. Mine were crumbling.

My Macarons taste great as usual. For this shipment though there was an issue where I recieved some ruined macarons. I'm thinking probably due to the extended shipping time but it wasn'tover 5 days late. I contacted customer service twice and I did not get a response AT ALL. I am very very surprised by this as I had a high opinion of this company . Aside from shipping delays I haven't ever had other issues so for this reason, I gave 3 stars instead of 2 but I am very disappointed.

You will not be disappointed. Whether the shells are more cake-like or more cookie-like all of the centers are bursts of flavor. It seems like whichever one I am eating is my favorite. Seriously, you can’t pick a bad one.

The package came with a warm ice pack and because of this after being cold the “cake” like macarons stuck to the packaging. Also is was hard to distinguish some of the macarons because the colors did not match or matched too many of the same color. Favorite was the key lime and strawberry cheesecake because they had strong and distinct flavors.

We've eaten these for years and they never disappoint! We order for birthdays and holidays, and every single flavor has been delicious!

In all of life's occasions I have been sending Macaron Queen gifts to celebrate - moving to a new home, paying off your house, recovering from knee surgery had, being the best realtor in the world and even when a friend posted they had completed a 1,000 piece puzzle of Macarons. Everyone is so excited to get this unexpected gift in the mail and they are such an yummy treat (I sent them to myself first to try them out). I am very glad I found the Macaron Queen.

We were exposed to Macaron Queen last year and my 3 kids fell in love! So this year I had to order a whole bunch as a way to celebrate the new year ahead. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job:)

We have been a customer ever since we saw them on ‘The ‘Profit’ a few years ago. I made the mistake of buying another brand’s Macaron’s which upset my husband greatly. He said, ‘I only like the ones you get from the Macaron Queen; I only want you to buy from them.’ So, now the only Macron’s we buy are these. They are all delicious!!!

Customer service great! Quick response and considerate. Macaroons yummy. I froze the majority of them so am looking forward to enjoying them in the near future.

I've made 2 orders, total of 80 or so macarons, 15 of which are in my freezer. I've had other macarons on trips, and look forward to sampling even more. Macaron Queen is very good, consistent flavors, no breakage, sturdy insulated packaging with a cold pack, 2 day shipping, wide assortment of flavors. If they arrive during hot weather, get them in the frig right away. Cookie has crispy outside and chewy inside, and fillings have strong identifiable tastes. These are legit. I recommend french raspberry, double dark chocolate, pistachio, cherry pie, thin mint. Or, try the assortments. You will enjoy these.

I have gotten her macarons since the first small shop @ Lenox mall. From the first time I had, I was hooked! I’d get them weekly, 5 years ago we moved to Tx, so they’re not as easily attainable. But just splurged for my bday and ordered a few boxes, still so delicious and their customer service is wonderful also!
