I ordered a mouth guard for my son and once I submitted payment, I realized that I ordered the wrong color. I immediately sent an email hoping to reach someone before my order was sent out. I received an email a couple of days later stating that another mouthguard in the correct color that I wanted would be sent at no charge. I am so grateful for the amazing staff and customer service representatives that took care of my order. I will definitely be purchasing more products from Vettex Sports. After our first product showed up with defects, the company immediately responded to my email. They offered to refund or replace the shirt. We chose a replacement as it is a really good product! My son loves his long sleeve grip shirt and has yet to fumble a single ball!
