I really like my dark gray ponytail. The color of the ponytail hair and texture matches my hair very well. I have textured hair, therefore, I blow dry and flatiron my hair when wearing it. The one thing I don't like is the velcro on the part of the ponytail that wraps...it has a tendency to get caught on both the ponytail hair and mine...I suggest a different type of material to ensure that the hair doesn’t break or come out. Overall Luxy’s products and customer service are wonderful!

I’ve ordered from luxy hair a couple of times and I’ve never been disappointed until now. I ordered the sandy blonde balayage and the tester piece was a very pretty color but the rest of the extensions were yellow I put them in just to see if I could get them to work with my hair and I just couldn’t do the yellow I’m not sure if it was just a bad batch or what but I won’t be ordering from them again.
