The overall purchasing of the product went smoothly as did the shipping. Arrived quite fast.

The first Keon I received malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. I was asked to perform some technical tasks that I wasn't familiar with, such as creating a video of the Keon powering up. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, this proved to be a bit challenging for me. However, everything was eventually resolved.
