Olive wood magnet knife holder arrived with rusted hardware, scratches on the wood. Wood was unfinished which will be scratched each time knives are taken on and off. Multiple emails to the company have gone unanswered. There is no customer service number. I now doubt that the many favorable reviews online are real.

Everything was excellent

Good job

I ordered this as a gift for a friend’s wedding and it came just as ordered/requested. Shipping took a few weeks with personalization. It is very well made and makes an excellent kitchen statement piece! I only wish there were other fonts to choose from for the personalization!

Great service and care.

The wood is sanded nicely and the magnets hold our cutlery securely. We were kept up to date on the progress and received it 10 -15 days after the order was placed.

I love this olive wood magnetic knife holder. It is beautiful. Luxury Woodie provided great service. This knife holder is made well and will last forever.
