The items I have ordered from Luxe Lifestyle Decor have been beautiful. I am a repeat customer, actually. I'm only giving 3 stars because on a recent order, I ordered two pillow covers but only received one. There was a note in the package that one of my pillow covers was just restocked and I should be receiving it soon. I have not received an additional email about this, and I have no tracking information. I don't know how long "soon" is. I would expect more professional communication in this regard. These pillow covers are way too expensive to be blindly waiting on a product to ship.

It would’ve been nice if they offered different sizes. The delivery was quick but I guess it would be since express shipping is the only option to choose from. I don’t agree with the return policy being only a store credit. Originally I thought I was going to have to return them due to size of the pillows being too large for my space. It turned out to fit perfectly. It made my sofa and living room space look more expensive. The quality and look is definitely 5 stars. I just purchased 2 more pillows in a different style yesterday.
