Customer service is TOP NOTCH! We had some shipping issues, not related to LuxeJoie, however they were very responsive and worked with me until it arrived in the mail. It was refreshing to speak with a real person instead of an AI bot. :)

The products were what I ordered and the prices are competitive, but it took way too long to arrive! Used to be much quicker. They also used to send a little sample product and a thank you note with each order, which I did not receive this time. Maybe leadership has changed recently, but it was not the same experience I have had for many years before.

I’ll start with the one negative thing since the rest is overwhelmingly positive. The shipping took forever! Over 3 weeks!! Ok, now for the product review. I am a loyal customer once I find a product that works for me. I tried this product for the first time after the company I previously used for 15 years changed their formula. This product is fantastic. I have combination skin that is oily in my t-zone area and super dry on my forehead and shin. It absorbs really well with no greasy buildup. After only 1 week, I am seeing a visible reduction in fine lines and my skin barrier has almost fully bounced back. Hopefully they won’t change their formula like my previous company, bc they found a loyal customer in me.

I love this cream because it soaks into my skin while other creams just feel like they dont. The ordering process was easy.
