Awful experience. The process took months longer than they had estimated. The jersey was shipped with spelling mistakes in the name stitched. They never answered a single email or call. They never processed my exchange. Will never purchase from them again.

Long time delivery

The jersey I received is very well made and I am happy with it. But I am disappointed because when I made the purchase I had also sent along a small logo for the team that I requested to have put on the front of the jersey. I both submitted the photo and a reference for its placement, and then called customer service who confirmed it could be done. The day after the order I also placed a request to have it made in a size 48 as opposed to 46, which I again called and confirmed with customer service. The jersey arrived without the logo and in the size 46... also the lettering of Armenia was in Orange when the it is originally pictured with blue lettering. So again I do like the jersey and acknowledge that it is well made, but I'm disappointed because I did my due diligence to ensure that communication had happened both online and over the phone, but the outcome did not reflect the requests I made. More communication would have been appreciated.
