Not as ordered. Seller not responding to attempts to correct purchase

Items came AFTER event they were needed for. Ordered in first week of February, got order in end of May. Order was suppose to take 6-8 weeks. Emailed and called 3x each with no response to phone calls or emails.

OK jerseys, no customer service. I've ordered 4 jerseys from them, the last arrived faded & dull. I don't expect this to be corrected since they never respond to emails. . . ever.

I’ve ordered mystery jerseys twice. I received 2 duplicate salavat practice jerseys, and another practice jersey that isn’t even for a team. I understand it’s a mystery box, but it’s beyond disappointing to receive duplicates, especially with how long it takes to receive them.

I received a mystery jersey in the exact amount of time prescribed by Lutch. The quality is fantastic, the communication was great. I was initially hoping for a more obscure jersey than what I received, a Charlestown Chiefs jersey - but that's the luck of the draw with the mystery box! Thanks Lutch :)

Takes a little while for customs to show up and almost impossible to make contact it seems but order was perfect and couldn't have been any better. Don't panic if you order, it just takes a while.

Awful experience. The process took months longer than they had estimated. The jersey was shipped with spelling mistakes in the name stitched. They never answered a single email or call. They never processed my exchange. Will never purchase from them again.
