I placed my order on November 25. It's now December 8 and I'm still waiting to receive my order. Supposedly it was going to be delivered today but it wasn't and now is delayed until tomorrow. Very disappointed with the shipping timeframe. A shipping label was created Nov. 26 but USPS didn't receive the item until Dec. 2. I get there was a weekend in there, but really?

Like like I said in my review, the products are great but not having the correct name on the email is insulting.

I have noticed less hair in my brush and my scalp feels less dry and itchy. I will be ordering again!

Haven’t received my product. I ordered on Nov12 and my shipping label still sends pending pickup. Reached out to customer service and they said it would ship by end of day. Shipping label still sends pending pickup. If I don’t receive I will be disputing my charge with my credit card company company.

Products still not received

Excellent product that makes my hair soft and silky. The shampoo and conditioner also smells so good.

I have only used it a few days but I have noticed a lot of flyaways in my hair. I will give it more time
