I truly love all things Lunya! I have some favorite sets that I consider my basics but they are anything but basic. I just can't live without them. I love them all. Very comfy, I love it!!!

I’ve been trying to improve my quality of deep sleep. I purchased a device for pink noise and it helped, but I wanted more. I looked for a quality sleep mask and found Lunya. At 57, I can run hot during the night and was concerned about a mask causing even more heat issues. I was intrigued by Lunya’s claim of its thermoregulating mulberry silk. I also thought the weighted mask would be comforting, as well. It has been. Also, I have a larger head and was concerned it would be too tight. It’s not. My Apple iWatch has seen an increase in my deep sleep. The mask is so comfortable I look forward to putting it on. It is worth the investment. I also received excellent service from the Houston store that had this item in stock. I was on a waitlist for it to return online, but the gal I spoke to in Houston was wonderful. I’m horrible with names, I wish I would have written her’s down. She was a delight to speak to and my mask was shipped promptly. I’ll be looking at some silk pajamas next. Going to bed and sleeping hasn’t been this good in a number of years. Thank you!!!

I wish I could buy all the products --- they make feel so fancy! I do find myself purchasing different/wrong sizes because of the different fits, but customer service is so easy to work with! They're kind and courteous and don't make me feel stupid when I make a mistake. I've talked about them so much that my husband and child know their name!

I recently made my first Lunya purchases and needed to exchange a size, that size wasn’t available online so I signed up for a notification and sent CS an email. One of the stores reached out and was so incredibly helpful and kind. She shipped the new size out that day and included a very nice note. Another store reached out right after that and again so incredibly helpful even though my issue had been resolved. A customer for life over here! The products are well made, so incredibly comfy and a good fit, but what gets me is the customer service. Lunya made the entire experience “restful” … bravo on staying true to your message.

I used to purchase from Lunya almost anytime I got paid but aside from the increase in price, which still isn't too big of a deal breaker, I absolutely am agitated and can not stand how the only focus seems to be on the "silk" line of clothing. I tried it and it was not for me, I figured I'd stick to my modal leggings and the Cozy Cotton Sweaters. The few things I did like, have either been discontinued or in the case of the modal leggings, have been abandoned. I wish there were as many options for the leggings as there are for the insufferable silk...but no. I used to love the long cardigan but now the only colors are either black or white. I just don't understand why those couldn't have been kept up to date and called "the basics" I don't want to say "hate" but that's what I feel when I get an email or text about a new color or design coming, only to find that it only applies to the line I dislike the most. Is it really so difficult to add new colors of leggings, restore shirts, restore leggings, cardigans, etc? If I didn't like the Cozy Cotton Sweater so much I would have stopped buying from here a LONG time ago. I miss the sweaters that had the thumb insert too. My sister and I love how warm they were but those too were also abandoned.
