Haven't received my order yet

it was easy to order,but i really dont care to much for the add ons though.

You are not aware of the pricing and monthly charges until after you’ve placed your order and through another email ! It would be better if everything was spelled out in the beginning just in case we would not want to do it based on the price. And it was supposed to be 19.99 for free trial , but it was 29.99 , it was very misleading. I just hope the makeup is better than the web site !

I don't like all the add ons ! It makes me feel as the product is know good.

I had trouble finding where to put discount code, so no discount applied. Site said free shipping but it is costing me 18$. I am hopefully that the product will be worth it.

After making my order, I could not find any mention of an estimated shipment date. Otherwise, the site was 4.5 stars for ordering.

Not sure about colors and shades and need to know it can be returned if it's wrong also was out of all the concealers in the shade I needed.

It was easy to place the order, but so annoying with all the pop-up offers when trying to check out. After the third or fourth one, I almost just closed out.
