let me know that the bags were coming in 2 different packages as they didn't have enough in their warehouse which was appreciated. I did ask for signature on delivery (lots of local parcels are being left at the wrong address) but that didn't happen - luckily there was someone home when the packages were delivered.

Shipping was poor. Timely but box and bags damaged, no packaging around the outside suitcase but packing around the inside suitcase makes absolutely NO sense. Common sense not common,
