The website won't let you place an order, it just keeps saying "Unable to save information". Terrible design.

I have tried to reach out multiple times via phone and email only to have the message that the phone is not connected/working and no one respond to any of my emails. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety and I will never work with this company again and am cancelling my order

I found Lucina on Google shopping of all places, looking for who had the lowest upgrade fee for the Spectra S1. Everywhere I looked was $95-150...then I saw Lucina was $59.99. I was initially confused by the "insurance order" and was wondering what the catch was but Melodi on chat helped answer all my questions and assure me there was no catch. Yes, it really is that cheap; yes, the pump is brand new, AND you get two boxes of Spectra accessories for free. She helped me through the form and what exactly I needed to do to upgrade. Fantastic service! Definitely spreading the word!

My insurance company apparently will always deny a claim for a breast pump for a subsequent pregnancy and then the mom needs to call and then they pay for is 90% of the time. Because of this most of the DME companies that usually work with my insurance company were giving me a hard time and a lot of conflicting information. The Lucina chat people are amazing and helped me get exactly the right information from my insurance company and explained the process to make sure that I don't end up with a bill at the end of this process. I am so happy that they are willing to work with me through this annoying mess. In addition the free extra kit is amazing! it is so helpful to have an additional kit and I am really excited to try the hands free cups!

I am a L&D nurse and at our hospitals we use the medela symphony which i also planned to use. But insurance does not cover that...so i decided to go with the spectra s2 hospital grade. Just got it today! So far it is light to hold, easy to put together and love the night light feature. The suction seems strong too. Unfortunately, it does have to be plugged in to be used... I plan on using tommie tippee bottles so my next step is to see if they are compatible. So far happy with this product and feel confident in my choice and got it quickly!
