One of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with. It took nearly a week for them to actually ship my order. A shipping label was created, but it just sat in their warehouse for a week. When I tried to contact them to inquire about what the delay was, they never responded. Then the package was completely lost for another week. Apparently, shipping a bottle of lube is some Herculean task for this company. I would have canceled or refunded my order a while ago if it wasn't for the fact that no one would even respond. I would give this company and product a 0 if I could.
