This running vest has a place for everything you need to hit the open road for a long run. Dedicated pockets for hydration, nutrition, keys and my iPhone 17 Max Pro and AirPod case. I only wish the silicon inside the side pockets was a bit more long lasting as it has already come off on 1 side after about 10 uses. The pockets still does its job though. The rear pouch has ample room for a wind cheater and a spare shirt for when your run is over.
