I love how my scalp feels and I also love that this stuff doesn't smell horrible but makes my hair smell beautiful

I like to air dry my hair. I have curly hair. It goes full fuzz ball with a hair dryer. Plus, air drying takes less time and avoids heat damage. Nothing has worked for me like Living Proof products! This product is no different. My hair looks great, but still natural. Less sticky than mousse and feels better. Folks think I'm just naturally blessed. They have no idea the years of hair agony I've endured before finding Living Proof. Highly recommend adding it to your routine :)

The customer service was perfect, they made this whole process so easy!

When the pump on my bottle was broken, customer service told me I needed to go buy another pump from somewhere else because they are back ordered. They sent a video showing me how to open a pump, which was condescending because I told them my conditioner pump opened just fine. The company having a tutorial video tells me this is a common problem that they blame on the customer, and according to Reddit, this is a common issue that never gets resolved. At this price point, I expect the pump to work and I expect a customer forward approach.
