I asked to have 12 bottles of Joseph sugar free syrup be placed as soon as shipment came in waited over 3 months. When the shipment did come in the case was not put aside for us. We having been a valued customer for 16 years. We were only able to get 4. 16 ounce containers and was told that there would be no more until the end of September so here we go again.

Great products. Good delivery turnaround. But the products do not arrive frozen. Maybe deliver products fresh and the customer can freeze them.

Keep supplies up and address low stock issues. Also, check your ingredient lists and Nutrition Facts against the product's website - don't rely on AI! I keep finding mistakes.
