I trusted this brand, theres some amazing products but I purchased the pre-sale book bundle and I did not receive the book only the Gut feelings vitamin bottle. My order for the book shipped Dec 27th so when it did not arrive I reached out and I was not helped. The answer I was given was actually not helpful they said that I should have seen in the email confirmation something that wasnt even stated in there,so lies and that it was a confusion on my part I guess and just to wait i guess more since they would start shipping Dec 27th, 10 days later and nothing.. instead of apologizing and saying let me look further at this and fix this issue but nope. I have 4 kids unemployed i need these products for my health and well being so im not trying to hustle a rich person. I Just wanted what i ordered. They said i would probably receive it later but nope i dont believe i will its Jan 5, 10 days after Dec 27th and have not been sent the book what makes me believe i will receive it later, I haven't received any other confirmation nor another tracking info for the book that they said would supposedly ship later. But yet, the books are available at my local Target. Wow, I purchased already and don't know if they didn't have enough books for customers with subscriptions in the website or what but I just canceled all my subscriptions since I'm not happy, I feel like I got cheated.
