Customer experience could be improved, I had several times difficulties to buy products, because there were errors during the purchasing process. Also I wanted to return one item, and could not fill in and complete the return properly.. it is a bit a waste of time, and annoying although I love your products a lot and I keep returning and trying to buy and use the e-shop. So I wish you could solve these minor issues/ errors so the customer experience could be smooth. Wishing you all the best.
