There's always a lovers close by no matter what city I'm in and they're good for getting something right there in the spot instead of having to wait over a week for an online purchase. They don't have a ton of options but at least you can try in your lingerie before you buy it which is nice since not every piece of lingerie fits the same, big perk if you're one of us curvy girls. They have plus size which is always a plus lol. They have options for all members of the LGBTQIA community and everyone should feel welcome here. They helped open up a whole new world for me and my fiancé.

I made my purchase at a retail location, and as always, the customer service was wonderful. They asked if I knew what I was looking for as I walked towards the dildos, and when I did have questions, they were happy to help and show their sample products. Having samples to compare before making a decision is always very helpful.

This was a in person purchase, explained the situation to the employee and received some very educational information and product recommendation. .

My items were bought in-person, but the staff were very kind even though I was a little awkward (first time in an 18+ store).

Customer service was exceptional, help me with fitting rooms, and helped with getting other products for my husband, we both enjoyed our products that we purchased.
