Great customer service, able to multi task respectively. She was knowledgeable, and didn't make the male customer squirm too much when he asked questions.

Wish there was an easier way to exchange defective merchandise covered under mfg warranty

It was okay. Some nice outfits. Prices seemed kinda high and not to mention the heart thong for men was to big. But ofcourse no returns.

I stopped in the day before Valentine’s Day to buy some lube, and the workers were amazing. They showed me some great couples toys and I ended up purchasing one that my partner loves! The free promotional items were a plus, too! Thanks for the greatest Valentines Day I’ve ever had!

The hoodies are so soft and comfy that I have 4 of them.

When I went in there, mistie was super fun to talk to and very helpful and talkive! I found what I need and wanted for great prices! I found a few times that were on sale for a good price!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful but not discreet when talking to individuals or couples. Staff are loud and not considerate of peoples comfort levels with being in the store. Also staff don’t give space and privacy for couples to discuss and consider what they are wanting or looking for in store.

Every time we’re here my husband and I have the best interaction and learning from the staff. Keep it up.
