The items have always been great but I did pay for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive. Besides that really happy

Excellent customer service! A huge shout out to Mairead she was amazing and she helped me out so quickly and professionally. It was the most kindest, quickest and professional customer service I’ve ever had, thank you so much! :)

Despite they have been wrapped into many meters of bubble wrap the bottom one broke. I would suggest to wrap each plate separately in bubble wrap to avoid breakage. Because that little piece of cardboard between the plates doesn't do much cushioning. Despite the slow delivery I'm very happy.

Order didn't arrive at all in time for the event. email authoriseing refund received before none delivery.
