I want to thank Louisiana Pantry from the bottom of my heart for something far bigger than a product you helped give my father his memories back for the last few months I have been ordering cases of the glass bottles of red cream soda for my dad who grew up in Ohio and remembered those bottles in his mother’s refrigerator when he was a little boy my dad served in the military for 30 years and after one of our tours in Germany we came home to his mom’s house and I will never forget opening the refrigerator and seeing it full of red cream soda that memory stayed with him his entire life as his health failed this year and dementia began creeping in I was desperate to find anything that would bring him joy so I began ordering his favorite red cream soda from Louisiana Pantry and every single week the delivery came to Washington State without fail and every time he saw those bottles his eyes lit up and he would smile and say thank you for the red cream soda it brought him comfort it brought him back to better days and it gave us a piece of him we thought we had lost he is now in his final days and I know I will never be able to look at red cream soda again without crying but I also know it was one of the last things that made him happy and I cannot thank you enough for that you didn’t just ship a product you gave my dad one last Happy Memory. I don't know how Iam going to live without him.

I purchased several 4-packs at Whole Foods in Boston, but a few bottles were straight out flat (not carbonated). I think it has to do with the faulty twist-top cap design.

My shipment was damaged and return to Louisiana pantry by the courier. So this tells me they were aware. I’ve also sent multiple emails with proof of damage product and return. No one will return my emails and I was still charged.

I ordered 4 - 1 gal jars of Best Maid Pickles. The shippers damaged to product twice and could not deliver. This happened twice. No problem, one call to customer service, one time each time and replacement product was on the way. Finally the shipper got it right and Louisiana Pantry took care of business each time. I have not ordered online yet, however, I try to keep the ginger beer in stock. I have an autoimmune disease among other health conditions, so my immune system is a little messed up. Whenever I start feeling sick, I down a bunch of these, and I'm usually feeling a lot better within a day or two. It's so yummy, too. If you find it to be too spicy, icing it usually helps!

I received my order, however it came without a label on it, the container is dirty and does not smell like the glamorous wash. I would like to send it back and request a refund
