So, decided to take advantage of the 4th of July buy 2 get 1 free sale and notice the purchase was on hold for some reason. Late Saturday evening I sent an email to customer service thinking a reply would come on Monday. Nope, Julie replied right away explaining my Zelle payment had been returned for some reason. I sent another Zelle payment right away and Julie immediately sent an email letting me know the orders was all set. Can’t get any better customer support than this. Definitely a return customer!
