Somewhat satisfied
Ordering was simple, I picked and clicked what I wanted. The descriptions of the chocolates was perfect. My order was delivered on time and in excellent condition. My only issue is the truffles. The filling is delicious but the outer shell is so hard it makes it almost impossible to take a bite without the filling exploding all over my hands. All things considered, I will probably order again.

Recently returned from Belgium where i tasted some delicious chocolates but none compare to chocolate buttercremes from Lore’s Chocolates! Im limited to ordering through the mail only a few times during the year since i live in Florida and the mailing cost is so steep but i visit the shop whenever i am in Philly. The customer service was terrific as well when i called to place an order!

Excellent selection of dark chocolate. Customer service was of great help with replacement suggestions when one of my seasonal selections was out of stock and would not be made currently. They also let me know that one of my selections would be made the following week. I’ll order again.
