I have had the original (I think) Engage Plus for years now, the keychain holder broke a few years ago but I continued to use them because I loved them so much and the case still worked just stuck it in my pocket opposed to on my keys. But I just recently lost them so I am upgrading to the Engage 2 Plus and getting a pair of Experience 2s as well. These are the best earplugs for my noise sensitivity because I get anxious if I can’t hear anything but overwhelmed hearing too much and I have found that the Engage with the mutes allow for perfect control over my environment. I’m excited to see how much they have improved since I got my first pair all those years ago

I struggle with misophonia (chewing, small repetitive movements/ sounds). These have really helped blur any of those little sounds while I am still able to hear the tv and family talking! Just ordered the Quiet 2’s and hoping these will help with my boyfriends snoring

These are clearly just parts from those cheap, uncomfortable gummy earbuds. Airpods have a monopoly now, so someone's trying to sell you their trash.

i've been using loops for a while for concerts and they've been great ! i used to get really bad panic attacks in loud settings especially with music and my loops have helped tremendously with toning it down so it's a lot easier for me to actually enjoy the music. i recently lost my first pair at a concert and the loops team was super awesome with helping me get a new pair :)! super fast and efficient, definitely recommend if you're thinking about it 😊

Real person here! Here’s a summary of my service experience. I purchased Experience 2 Plus ($44.95 + free shipping + $2.30 tax) earplugs to find that they worked too well/ were more noise cancelling than I wanted. I submitted an exchange to try out the Engage 2 model ($34.95 + shipping + taxes) and shipped the Experience 2 Plus model back. I received an email stating that my return was received and the following related to my refund: return fee = FREE; initial shipping fee recuperation = FREE; exchange shipping fee = FREE; and estimated refund = $5. I came to discover later that they only refunded me $5 because they keep $4.95 shipping costs for orders that qualified for free shipping. I was refunded $5 not long after this. I was fine with this, expecting that I’d pay $5 less for the lower model earplugs. Fast forward 9 days, I reach out to Loop to get tracking information on the exchanged item. I come to learn that I still needed to pay shipping for the new item, which is why I was never sent an email with tracking information. I can confirm that they never sent me an email stating I owed $ for shipping to complete the exchange. If I hadn’t reached out to them they may not have sent me a product and just kept my non refunded money, tho the CS rep says they would have eventually noticed the error. After providing a screenshot of the email stating that exchange shipping would be free, they tell me this was an issue with the bot providing me with incorrect information. I asked for them to waive the shipping fees as a courtesy and they said no. Bummed. The original festival I bought these to try at has already passed so I decided to get a refund instead of moving forward with the exchange. I might consider trying the product again in the future but may research competitors in light of this experience and not loving the experience 2 plus earplugs.

I had been struggling with overstimulation which often triggered panic attacks for over a year. I ordered the Loop Switch earplugs, and these have been LIFE CHANGING!! I can now go to large gatherings/concerts, family get togethers, church, and more without being triggered. If you’re not sure about purchasing for you, your child, or a friend. DO IT. It’s worth every penny.

I originally needed something that would allow me to still hear my clients and enjoy the music as a wedding photographer each weekend. The loop experience was perfect! I ended up getting each version after for different parts of my life.

These are amazing. I bought them for noise sensitivity at work after a particularly hard day. I work in daycare so lots of screaming and they really help me to stay sane.

I ordered twice already and my wife is fully happy because her loops protect her from getting overwhelmed by noises and I got another pair for myself against her snoring. The noise canceling is pretty good but unfortunately I can’t wear them anymore because my ears are pierced and they irritate them a lot which causes pain. Loops are great for anybody who doesn’t have pierced ears!

So great for live music - took them to a festival and they were a game changer.

I just bought my first pair of loops, and I love them so much! They’re comfy, and sometimes I forgot they’re there LOL.. my only problem is that when I have them in, my own voice is amplified. I thought I’d be able to have conversations with them, but I have trouble hearing the other person. But that’s the only issue, other than that, they’re perfect and I’m obsessed with them!!!

I have heard so many great things about Loop and I just ordered my first pair! I run a decent sized neurodivergent community and so many of us use Loop!

I absolutely love this product! I currently use the original QUIET Loops and they have been a total lifesaver! Being able to tune out the sounds has really lowered my stress and anxiety by so much. So satisfied that I plan on buying some LOOPS for my whole family! Keep it up!
