Ordered a lot of Looma’s cakes over the past five years and have always been of a high quality. They taste great, presented well and the delivery is always on time, with 2-3 text updates on ETA, when they are o. The way and after it has been delivered. IMO well worth paying a little extra. Well done guys.

I’ve always loved Looma’s cakes—they’ve consistently been one of my go-to spots for quality and flavour for our work cakes. The taste and presentation are excellent, and it’s clear they put a lot of care into what they make. That said, it’s been disappointing to see the variety of whole cakes reduced. There used to be a great selection, but now the options feel quite limited. What’s more frustrating is that some of the cakes available by the slice can’t be ordered as a full cake, which seems like a missed opportunity for customers who want something specific for a celebration or gathering. I understand that businesses need to adapt, but this change has made it harder to rely on Looma’s when I need a whole cake with a bit of variety. I’d really love to see more flexibility—either bringing back a broader range of whole cakes or allowing customers to order full versions of the pre-sliced options. I cannot understand the reasoning behind this concept. Still a great bakery in terms of quality, but the reduced choice has been a letdown. I don't want to look for another cake supplier - as I love the service, the ease of delivery and the quality - every time. Please look at allowing the option of ordering a whole cake from pre-sliced selection. This would be a 10 star review but out of 5 I have to give it 3 purely so that the review is read and taken seriously

I have been purchasing cakes from Loomas for about 8 years now and have put many many many people into you. The quality is always brilliant but to be honest I am a little disappointed with a few things. Firstly that not all flavours that are offered in the presliced cakes are offered in the unsliced option. I feel the delivery costs are so expensive now if you wanted to choose either an afternoon or morning time slot. I am also disappointed that your macaroons are no longer offered in a smaller quantity. As lovely as your cakes have been in the past I don’t think I will continue to be a customer for the reasons just mentioned which I feel Is very disappointing. It’s a shame that what once felt like a company that provided for both the family and corporate events now is heavily designed for much larger corporate catered needs.
