I rarely have to wait on hold, and they’re always happy to help. Packaging is excellent! I ordered some mugs for Halloween and they came in perfect condition in individual boxes, with bubble wrap. Their packaging is also much less wasteful than a lot of Amazon packaging I’ve seen.

While the selection might seem slightly overwhelming, it just means more things will “accidentally” land in your cart. I’ve now ordered almost 20 mugs to keep my sarcastic, seasonally motivated heart happy. The packing for the mugs is *chef’s kiss* impeccable. Do you sell just the packaging?! Order processing and shipping is also way faster than I anticipated. With so many designs, you’d think it’d take a week or two to prep and ship, but low and behold, my orders have all DELIVERED within 2 weeks of my order. Keep doing what you’re doing when it comes to the mugs.
