Service is great. I was getting auto ship and it was to frequent when I spoke to them they helped me work out a solution that worked better for me.

Great product my Danes love both beef and chicken

Product is too expensive for the amount of product you get.

My fur baby loves all your food

Great!!!

We live in Maui Hawaii so that is the only thing negative I have to say. It takes 3-4 weeks for food to get to us. All my 4 dogs love this food.

It is great

No issues here

Freeze dried is the best! Service is always prompt and items are well. packaged for shipping. My dog loves you all and so do i!

The customer service experience was great! I wanted a food that was processed in this manner and used a lot of the raw ingredients that we use for our pet. While it appears that the ingredients are great. My dog has a hard time chewing the pieces because they are too hard.

My dogs love this dog food. I also buy regular dog food and mix both. Both my dogs will pick out the Lone Wolf dog food, then eat the other food bought. It has got to be much better than store bought dog food because of the way they eat it. I have only fed them a couple of weeks but I am expecting a big improvement in their health. You won’t go wrong feeding this dog food to your dogs. They will love it!

Excellent customer service.

Shipping is prompt.. but it’s a little pricy!

My baby loves it💝🐕‍🦺🙌🙌🙌

Shipping is great and fast! We have no problems with shipping or phone calls to ordering their customer service is super and very friendly.

Excellent customer service. I have called several times and have always gotten 5 star service.

All three dogs like both Power Food — beef & now chicken. Chicken to me seems like smaller size and less moisture than beef.

Love this product and this company!

The food came very fast. No problems with shipping

Very good just too much too fast!
