Love this coffee, especially the Flow. I have tried different brands Lions Mane coffees and powders and this one is the one I really notice the most difference to my concentration and ability to just get things done. Zen is lovely too and I have it when the morning is starting to overwhelm me or I need a gentle pick up in the afternoon. I don’t generally like instant coffees but love the taste of these. I have been recommending London Nootropics to everyone I know, especially ADHD friends like me!
