Ordered in November, merchant never responded to my query and never received merchandise. I want my refund!!

Shipping was okay. Communication about shipping was great. Leggings are cute, but they still roll.

These leggings arrived smelling strongly of chemicals. The material is rough and has a pattern that was not visible in the pictures. Because of Lola’s return policy and stuck with them.

Took almost 2 months to get order and it was not complete. Sent emails never heard anything. One of the emails given is a fake email

The shipping was cheap, so that's good, but if you need leggings asap, you're out of luck. It took about 3 weeks to receive my package.

I've been trying to initiate a return for over two weeks. I haven't heard a peep from customer service. It has been a VERY bad experience

Never received product, and could not get through to customer service. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Waited 2 weeks for items. Terrible quality, contacting customer service is not easy, their response time is terrible as are their return policies.
