Several years ago I switched over to a silicone wedding ring because I like the safety aspect of it and the fact that it doesn't slip off my finger like my metal ring. I've always kind of wanted more than just a ring though. When I saw a post from Kyle Carpenter about Lokai I had to check it out. I love that it's a meaningful brand and I couldn't NOT get one to support my fellow brothers and sisters that are serving or have served and one to support those of us that struggle with mental health. It's a great reminder to remain grounded and to seek community and relationships where we can be helped during the times we are in the valley and where we can help others when we are on the top of the mountain.
