It keeps disconnecting on and off on and off. It’s frustrating

I basically paid 200$ for the refurbished Astro pro controller for the ps5 and immediately upon opening and setting up it had terrible stick drift on the right joystick. A day or two later and both left and right has stick drift. For paying 200$ I would expect a much better quality product. I’m furious.

Wrong address twice

You can’t say a product is pc compatible when the mic doesn’t work. I’m telling all my friends to never buy an astro product because they lie. Also, the website misleads you into thinking that the $50 ice pop microphone that doesn’t work is necessary, when they give you an included microphone that is the exact same. I have never been more upset with a purchase in my entire lide

If you mistakenly order the wrong headset there is not a good way to cancel the order. So then you have to return the order and wait for a refund. It has been over a month since I returned the misordered product and I haven't received a refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get a refund which is unacceptable. Headset is great but customer service is abhorrent.

I love the sound I get from the astro a50s but the headband on the top is trash. Ive had them for maybe 2 weeks and they broke and refuse to reattach. I got some saran wrap i spun into a string and tied on them to keep the band together with the head rest but it’s low key ridiculous that I drop 400$ and 2 weeks after got some ghetto macgiver sarah wrap on it.

I've bought 4 of the refurbished controllers and all but the last one has been fine. The last controller has terrible stick drift on the stick that came and stick drift in the same direction with a new stick as well. The game I play is very sensitive to stick drift so it gets me killed.

Ordered my usb transmitter for my headset. It was recieved and sent out quickly. It made it as far as the closest big city to me, which was 5 hrs drive away. And fed ex refused to complete the shipment, and held my packed for 6 weeks at their facility. I then had to track down which sorting center it was at, organize for it to be picked up by a friend who lives in the city, and then have them ship to me with a far more reliable shipper. And absolute nightmare and disaster. Emailed support for astro and they couldnt be bothered to help. They convieniently waited until i handled the situation before i even got a response. And an automated one at that. Terrible service.
