The service from Loco Love has been disappointing for me over my last few orders. I have genuinely loved the brand in the past — my account history and engagement on your social media reflect that — which makes this recent experience even more frustrating. My three main concerns are: Underweight products: I have received underweight Butter Pecan Caramel bundles three separate times. Every bar in those orders weighed under 30g instead of the advertised 35g. This was neither communicated nor discounted, which is concerning. Points redemption limitations: We can only redeem up to $20 in points, and when $15–$18 goes toward shipping on orders under $150, the savings don’t meaningfully reduce the product cost. It makes me question the value of the Cosmic Being loyalty program. “Surprise” giveaways: The recent promotional campaigns encouraging higher spend for a “bigger surprise gift” have left me disappointed. On two occasions when I increased my spend for this reason, I received a single Hazelnut Praline bar as the surprise — a product that is already included as a standard freebie for Cosmic Being members. This felt misleading rather than rewarding. I believe the surprise gift system needs to be reviewed to ensure it aligns with the messaging. I truly loved what Loco Love once represented, but my experience over the last two months has left me feeling disappointed and questioning whether the brand still delivers the value and care it once did.

The best chocolates ever

I’m so sick of certain chocolate brands cough cough one with a certain melty centre short cutting and filling their chocolate with nasty fillers and vegetable fat. Loco love is amazing! Not only does it taste delicious it is so healthy for you and packed with nutrients. It’s such a win win for me and I will only be supporting brands such as loco love that prioritise health over cutting costs
