The shipping process was hard to track and know when it arrived. I think this is due to a new, fancier, chilled delivery service- hopefully it smooths out in future orders! Everything arrived and was wonderful though :)

When ordering my rather large order I did not select free shipping but paid for a refrigerated courier which was advised on website. There was no shipping update for a week so I reached out… they informed that my order was not shipped because they were waiting on more orders for the fridge courier??? Pay more = poorer experience. Secondly, the wrapping. Loco love did exude luxury with their beautiful chocolate labels, but beware - that is not what you will receive. Instead, it is the most revolting compostable paper with no indication of what chocolate is inside, so if you order various flavours, welcome to the guessing game. Terrible experience, greatly disappointed and false advertising of item you will *not* receive.
