Always a good product and look forward to ordering more again soon

Beyond obsessed

Love everything about Loco Love from the amazing products to the super fast shipping (I live in NZ) and customer support

The best chocolate i have tried, and no cane sugar is a big bonus. I look forward to my treat after dinner.

So delicious, well definitely order again!

I love them. They are absolutely delicious.

I just received my second Loco Love order! I really appreciated that they added extra insulation inside the shipping box this time to protect the chocolates from the heat. Everything tastes just as indulgent as ever! My only feedback for the team is that I was hoping for a little "surprise and delight" moment in the box. A tiny extra treat or mini sample would elevate the unboxing experience to 100% perfection, especially for returning customers. Still completely obsessed with the brand!

Loco Love never disappoints !

Your team is my favourite thing about your company (other than the chocolate!) 🍫 I love you guys, and my sister adores you too! Thank you thank you thank you for making our lives better with your beautiful, decadent, one of a kind chocolates 🙏❤️ blessings to your whole team and the beautiful founders for having the love and courage to do what it takes to share this with others 💖✨

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The shop is welcoming and colorful. If we are ever in Byron Bay again, which we hope to be, we will visit again.

The delivery was super efficient. I ordered as a birthday present and it arrived quicker than expected. Thank you

maple and caramel was out of this world, but the sesame and date, didnt have much flavour, was kinda plain, i love sesame but the flavour of sesame wasn't really througout the chocolate

Omg soooooo good!

Loco Love chocolate is like enjoying a decadent dessert from a fancy restaurant—it’s a total experience! It feels luxurious, completely satisfies my sweet cravings and is kind to my body. Absolutely delicious!

Wonderful ethos quality and high calibre customer care Forever loyal

Absolutely delicious, great quality. It’s not an alternative, because it’s even better than regular chocolate. It’s something you would chose regardless!

Thank you for communicating so well, I didn't realise there was a delay and yet you emailed to apologise and keep me informed. Great team great products!

10 out of 10 delivery, 10 out of 10 truffle bars

So glad I found Loco Love, love that they don't use refined sugars in their products and they are mostly vegan free in our case dairy free chocolate that we can indulge in and know they are actually serving our body X

Chocolate is great as always! Very indulgent treats; pistachio is my current fav! Shipping was delayed quite significantly which was not ideal
