I brought in my beloved felt rollable trilby for some TLC - the stitching on one side had come off - after many years' use in the UK and around the world, not surprising. About a week later, it has been restored. And at no charge. Wonderful service, thank you Lock & Co!

I am 15 years old and I love hats so I had to visit the oldest hat shop in the world when I came in the door I was greeted and shown around by Brendan Wong who was super kind and told me all the history of the shop and products and I was delighted to get my head measured for the first time and overall I would 100% recommend visiting.

I took my treasured top hat that once belonged to my grandfather to Paul Hier at Lock & Co. Against all odds as it seemed the hat might be 3 sizes too small he was able to re-size it and restored the silk to an impeccable shine. It really means so much that I can wear and it fits perfectly. This morning I had a fantastic service by Mr. Jayesh Vaghela, the Maste Hatter. I have to say that Lock and E. Excellent. I purchased my hat 18 months ago and have enjoyed it ever since. My hat was recently damaged during a flight from the USA to Italy. I was passing through London on my return home and stopped by Lock & Co to see if it could be repaired. I was excellently served by the staff and I left my hat for repair. I received it at my home in the Pacific Northwest of the USA approximately a week later. It was almost as good as new. I could not be more pleased. Thank you very much.
