Excellent experience

Lobsters were great, but one lobster had a smashed head and was dead. We ate it anyway since we had no backup, but the meat was not a firm or as tasty. I was disappointed that the head was smashed in packaging. This is only the 2nd time we have used this company, so I am now reconsidering. I did like the communication about shipping.
