I took the time while on vacation to make a trip to this business specifically once I read reviews and WOW am I glad I did. Mike, the owner, welcomed us in and had a great conversation about what I was looking for. Once explaining that we were from Pennsylvania and were hobby detecting while at the beach he explained the difference and what detectors would benefit us in our search when detecting in the north. We decided that the Minelab Xterra elite would be our best option based on terrain and to keep it budget friendly while learning the Minelab equipment. We had great conversations and felt no pressure to make a purchase even though we had the intentions to walk away with a new piece of equipment. Mike just wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the investment. Once we agreed on the equipment we wanted he asked us if we wanted him to give us a run down of the device, which I highly recommend to do if you go to LMS! What he will go over with you, you cannot get from a YouTube video or the manual. His expertise and knowledge is priceless when making a decision on a new detector. Was easy to find what I was looking for. Haven't been able to use the scoop yet, but I'm very much looking forward to it. The weight alone, compared to my stainless steel one is remarkable. Quality is outstanding. The ability to take the handle apart for saving space when storing it. . . very nice. Shipping was pretty quick. Packaging was most excellent.
