Being new to cheer I managed to order the wrong make of shoes and was swiftly told so by my daughter. I emailed and was replied to really quickly and was informed they would cancel my order. I then ordered the correct ones and they arrived on time and my daughter loves them. Great experience will definitely use again and get better at all this.

Absolutely beautiful Shoes, The first pair arrived but were a little on the small side, contacted customer services asking if there was a 1/2 size bigger, had a prompt reply instructing me to return for an exchange, posted back on the Saturday, and received new shoes on the Tuesday Morning. I ordered the wrong size cheer shoe & was immediately helped by Simon Grigg to get the wrong ones sent back & replacement ones sent out straight away. The info given was clear & concise & very timely. Simon was very helpful & courteous throughout. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with a company so helpful & accommodating as nothing is ever easy these days. My Daughter managed to get her shoes in time for her first cheer competition & she was thrilled. Thank you.

Great updates clear on drlivery

I ordered 2 pairs of cheer shoes, one was a not oversized and the other was perfect size. However the pair of cheer shoes I was going to keep were discoloured and had yellow/orange markings on then. These are white cheer shoes so it's very easy to spot these stains. I couldn't return them as I had a competition the following week so I talked to customer service and they agreed to give me a refund on my shipping etc prices on the order. I waited and waited for that refund and it never came through. I emailed them 3 times after and I had no response, this was over 2 weeks ago now. I'm disappointed that they are avoiding my emails, I would have given them higher stars if they responded or gave me a refund for my stained purchase.
