Unfortunately, every time I took these vitamins I felt very nauseous within an hour or so. I also felt the opposite of what is advertised – rather than having more energy, I was extra tired by the end of the day. Furthermore, I burped up a nasty fish flavor for hours after taking them. Very disappointed.
