Overall, good service.

The vendors were probably better suited for high end hotels and or spas. Not single estheticians in a salon. Their buy in is higher than most.

Barely no service available near me. Took a while to transfer the money to credit so I could purchase the items instead. But once purchased, the products arrived fast. However they were pricy

Not enough businesses near me participating or accepting live love spa gift cards so I converted it to shop online the site didn't make it as easy as it seems and the chat person wasn't very helpful. Couldn't use my full balance so now there is like $2 that will never get used. Couldn't use the gift the way I wanted to and didn't even get the full amount. Site selection wasn't the best items overpriced (did price comparions and the mark up as 10-20% higher ) lots of out of stock items. It is what it is I guess.
