Service was quick! I gave some rough drawings and the engineering and drafting team at polycase made them work. I wasn't sure on how they wanted the documents, but they made the first-time experience easy. The finished product looks great as well! I did the machining and printing. The print is clear and easy to read. The machined holes also lined up perfectly with the PCB.

PolyCase was very easy to work with and everyone was really impressed with the final outcome for our customized machined and printed enclosure. We noticed a machining error on our drawings and they were easy to contact so it would get updated. The check print phase was extremely helpful so we could catch any nuances that were either modified because of the machining limitations or also errors. Very friendly service and people to work with too. The delivered product was carefully packaged and wrapped so as to prevent any scuffing or damage during shipping, and all parts were correctly received. Machined features were all within tolerance too. My only comment on the product itself (which anyone that has assembled one of these also noticed here) is that the end caps for the extruded aluminum cases needs the bolt holes to be masked during the powder coating process or also a larger clearance. The extruded portion is easily threaded into, but it takes an excessively long time to pre-tap and clear out the end caps with the provided screws which tend to strip easily since the Phillips head driver is not quite standard sized. It would be very helpful in the future if these end caps were improved upon by PolyCase.
