Everyone’s so nice and it seems like such a fun place to work

This is one of three custom bracelets that I ordered and it is perfect! I chose the smallest size which was a good idea because I didn’t want it loose. I get lots of compliments on it and often forget that it’s on. Great item for the price. I’m going to buy more for gifts!

There was an error in shipping this bracelet, as I received the wrong bracelet. They quickly shipped out a replacement.

This charm is so cute. But they didn’t send it at first with my order so I had to reach out to customer service. The bracelet and the charm that I ordered both took FOREVER to come in the mail. Other than that everything was fine.

I originally placed an order for a custom bracelet but my word came spelled wrong, but they were really quickly to reply and fix the entire situation very quickly and effortlessly would buy again. <3

This isn't my first purchase from Little Words Project. I ordered a few bracelets awhile back and one of my favs ended up breaking (my fault), so I ordered a few more and also the one that I had broke. They are by far my favorite place to get great bracelets and I love that you can add charms to them now, I got a charm for one of mine and I am obsessed. I would highly recommend shopping here!
